Reflect & Restore

What to Expect:

  • First half (approx. 30 minutes):

A focused, coaching based conversation to explore what’s on your heart and mind - this might include life transitions, work and career, emotional overwhelm. We’ll talk things through gently, helping you gain clarity, connect with your innate wisdom and agree your next steps.

  • Second half (approx. 40 minutes):

A Reiki session to calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and energetically ground the insights from the conversation.

Who could benefit from this?

This is a great option if:

  • You're doing inner work and want to connect mind, body, and energy

  • You find talking helpful, but want to go deeper or feel more settled afterwards

  • You want time to integrate — not just understand

After your session

You may feel lighter, clearer, or more grounded. Many clients report a peaceful night’s sleep and a renewed sense of calm in the days that follow. Aftercare suggestions will be provided.

A powerful blend of reflective conversation and energy healing - designed to support insight, intention setting, calmness and deep integration.

This session brings together coaching with Reiki, creating space to both process and restore in one appointment.

  • Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, hands-on healing practice that works with the body’s natural energy system to promote balance, calm, and wellbeing. It originates from Japan, where it was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century.

    The word Reiki comes from:

    • “Rei” = universal or spiritual wisdom

    • “Ki” = life energy (similar to chi in Chinese medicine or prana in yoga)

So, Reiki essentially means “universal life energy.”

  • During the session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable therapy couch, covered with a blanket to help you feel cosy and relaxed. The Reiki practitioner (that’s me) will gently place their hands on or just above your body, following a series of positions — usually around the head, shoulders, abdomen, legs, and feet.

    Reiki is intended to:

    • Clear energetic blocks

    • Support the body’s natural healing processes

    • Calm the nervous system

    • Bring your mind, body, and spirit into balance

The experience is deeply restful — many people feel warmth or tingling, enter a dream-like state, or even fall asleep. But even if you feel very little, your system is still benefiting.

  • Reiki experiences can vary from person to person, but many people report sensations such as:

    • Warmth or tingling where the practitioner’s hands are placed

    • A deep sense of peace or emotional release

    • Gentle images or insights, similar to daydreaming

    • Sometimes drifting into a light sleep or meditative state

Even if you don’t notice strong sensations, your body may still be deeply relaxing and benefiting from the session. Each experience is unique and can differ depending on the energy you receive during that particular session.

  • Reiki is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical advice or care. If you're experiencing symptoms or have health concerns, it's important to consult a qualified medical professional.

Reiki is a complementary therapy that works well as part of a broader, holistic approach to wellbeing. It does not diagnose or cure conditions, but many people find it helps to:

    • Reduce stress and anxiety

    • Promote relaxation

    • Support emotional healing

    • Improve overall balance and calm

It’s a gentle, non-invasive option for those looking to support their health on all levels — mind, body, and energy.

  • Sorry, no, you will need to access therapy somewhere else. Consider looking to Holistic Therapies for an intervention that takes your mind, heart and soul into account.

  • With 24 hour's notice, you can email Donna to reschedule. Unfortunately this is not possible with less than 24 hour's notice though do be in contact to discuss.
